# Introduction

## Welcome to the Pathways Project

Here you will find information and resources from Charting the LifeCourse  (CtLC). Charting the LifeCourse is a set of tools to help you:

1. create a vision for a “good life” for your child
2. create a trajectory that includes supports and resources, and
3. identify ways that you can take steps to put your plan into action.
